Where I came from
I come from a broken home and know what it means,to experience homelessness, addiction, and life on the streets. For years, I carried deep emotional torment, living in the past, while doing whatever I could to survive.
Eventually, I found the strength, with a lot of help from friends and family, to get clean and sober-and I have remained that way for sixteen years.
So believe me when I say, that with a little hope, a lot of hard work and faith, we can all climb out of even the darkest pit. Our past may shapeus, but it does not have to determine where our story ends
A Lifelong Storyteller
I have been a storyteller throughout my life, I am also a published poet and songwriter whose songs have yet to be published.
After getting clean and sober, and with support from my wife, I went to college and graduated with my diploma, and a place on the honour roll and a 4.0 GPA.
How Fire On The Hill Came to be

I was watching a police show with an old friend. Although I thought the acting was good, in my opinion, the writing left a lot to be desired.
And so from someone else’s doubt and a dare, Fire On The Hill was born.
My friend was agahst- this was her favorite show. She looked at me and said, “I suppose you think you could do better?”
I said”yes, I could”
The story almost completely disappeared before it had a chance to be told. I lost my original handwritten draft in a scuffle. Then two months later, a miracle happened, when the person who had found it returned it to me.
Apparently, Fire On The Hill wasn’t ready to be buried.
